 Machine description:

ABL-16 bulb automatic assembly line adopts chain conveyor loading and rotary assembly line with 16 stations. Two operators can finish all bulb automatic assembly process

Working procedures:

PCB board/driver install(manually) PCB board punching    end cap loading     light testing     cap locking

    wire cutting and bending     riveting    gluing    bulb cover installation    finished bulb unloading

Machine features:

¬ High automation degree: MITSUBISHI PLC control, only two operators required

¬ High compatibility: for different size A-series Bulb, just need to change fixture and do some modification

¬ Convenient Control: touch screen control, easy to learn and operate

¬ Low investment: machine structure design is reasonably simplified with small space occupation, which means low investment and maintenance cost
